Matt O’Bryant is the Founder and Principal of Glais Capital. He has been active in real estate since 2005, beginning his career in brokerage before transitioning into ownership and development roles through partnerships in 2013.

He has built a reputation for being trustworthy, reliable, and resourceful, with a demonstrated commitment to disciplined execution and seeing projects through the entitlement, development, and investment process the right way. As Principal, Matt is directly responsible for project strategy, consultant coordination, capital structuring, and execution oversight across all engagements.
